Please read the following terms and conditions which details the full extent of the agreement between you and Pressplay Limited, with regard to this site.Once you place an order, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:- Pressplay Limited is the owner of this website and its address is PO BOX 2616, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1DH. Pressplay Limited's registered number is 2712382.By ordering from this site, you are accepting a contract for purchases that are for your own private and domestic use only. You agree that email is an accepted form of long distance communication, which will be the primary method of correspondence. As such, no contract for the sale of any product exists until Pressplay Limited confirms acceptance of your order by email confirming receipt of payment in full for the goods ordered. This email issues Pressplay's acceptance of your order (or a 3rd party acting on your behalf) and it is also accepted that this has been communicated to you at the time Pressplay sends the confirmation email. This remains the case, regardless as to whether or not you receive the said confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain information relevant to your order and also statutory information concerning your contract and will provide a link to our terms and conditions. You should check your order details are correct and print a copy of the confirmation email for your records. You agree that all details your provide to Pressplay Limited in support of your purchase are correct and that the credit or debit card used is your own card and that it will cover the cost of your order.

Futhermore, should any details supplied change, it is your responsibility to inform Pressplay Limited as soon as possible. Pressplay Limited will handle your credit or debit card details in the strictest of confidence. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases you make are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. You may cancel your order at any time prior to you order being processed by contacting Pressplay Limited by email: info@pressplay.co.uk or by telephone during normal office hours on 01371 310120. In addition, you may also withdraw from the contract after the product has been dispatched and you received our confirmation email, at any time but no longer than 14 working days from the day after you received the goods by the following methods:- - send notice of cancellation by email to info@pressplay.co.uk, including your name, address and order reference numbers etc - if you have already received your order, return the goods unopened and in their original condition within 30 working days. Please note that any returns within 14 days whereby express postage has been added the express postage fee will not be refunded the refund only applies to the original standard charge. Due to hygiene reasons that some of our products are not allowed to be returned with the exception of manufacturing defects

Once Pressplay Limited receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with the terms detailed here) any amount debited to Pressplay from your credit or debit card with regard to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as resonably possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. This is subject to goods you wish to return being received by Pressplay in the original condition they were in when delivered to you. Liability This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Pressplay Limited does not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Pressplay's negligence or wilful default, or that of Pressplay’s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation. Pressplay does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Pressplay will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

IN ADDITION, PRESSPLAY LIMITED DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS WEB SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order confirmation, Pressplay shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Pressplay Limited of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.Pressplay does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Pressplay's website or for any products or services purchased from Pressplay. Pressplay will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim. Processing of orders Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Pressplay. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and £6.95 is charged for delivery unless otherwise stated.When a customer upgrades the delivery to priority delivery and pays for this service, it is not guaranteed a next day service however 95% of all priority shipped reach our consumer within this time frame, however due to other contributing factors these can take up to 5 working days. We will always do our best to maintain a high level of service for our customers.
